Pilot Plant For Bakery Products

Dedicated pilot plant having facility to produce innovative products in biscuits, cookies, hard dough variants, short dough variants, fermented dough variants and crackers.

The plant is equipped with sigma type mixer, cut and lay laminator, three set of gauge rolls, relaxing conveyor, flexible moulder and cutter running facility and 200mm*12feet oven with three zones adjustable temperature to get product out of this lab comparable to market product.

Cookies, Cake, Rusk & Other Bakery Products Facility

We have additional facility to make cookies, Rusk and Cakes even other bakery products. We have Kitchen Aid Planetary mixer, and small kneader and Sinmac Deck Oven to make protype samples required by customers.

We also validate our flavours for stability, aroma, taste characters with these facility and with Pilot plant makes our flavour special and unique as per the requirement from customers.

  • Bakery type cookies with high fat hand made cookies to specific customers need.
  • Baked snack biscuit with customer specific seasoning.
  • Soon we will be equipped with wafer biscuit plant from which we can make wafer biscuit application samples.
